In September 2017, the second board meeting for the Joint Venture between Horizon Holidays in Mauritius and Village n Life was held in Cape Town.
Horizon Holidays manages over 50 self-catering holiday apartments and villas all over the island of Mauritius.
Horizon Holidays directors Gregory Mayer and Sebastien Bax de Keating were in attendance at the board meeting.
Their support staff also travelled to Cape Town.
“This was an excellent opportunity for Horizon Holidays and Village n Life to develop closer communications,” says Shaun Slabber, Village n Life company secretary.
In October 2017, Sales went live for VNL Mauritius. The platform offers serviced apartments at West Coast Marina and Azuri Resort. The Joint Venture also means the Mauritian properties are part of night exchange programme and Owner Participation Model.
The first board meeting was held in Mauritius in March 2017.
Board meetings for the Joint Venture are held bi-annually.
